(Finance) – Theassembly of shareholders Of amplifiera leading hearing solutions company and part of the FTSE MIB, has approved the balance as at 31 December 2022 and the distribution of a dividend equal to 0.29 euro per share, for a total of 65,130,453.30 euro, with detachment of coupon no. 15 as of May 22, 2023 and payment starting from May 24, 2023. The per-dividend is up by 11, 5% over last year.
The shareholders also: approved the proposal to assign the directors a total fee of €1,370,000.00 for the 2023 financial year; approved the “Stock Grant Plan 2023-2028” share plan for employees and its subsidiaries; approved the Policy on Remuneration 2023; approved a new plan for the purchase and disposition of own actions.
