(Finance) – AGS, a multi-utility company of Riva del Garda (TN), controlled by the Municipality of Riva del Garda, active in the energy market and a company with a share listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, announces that on 29 June 2023 it was concluded and completed the acquisition agreement, by the investee company KAIROS ALPS, of the shares representing 100% of the company OPEN PIEMONTE, the company owner of the ready-to-build photovoltaic project for an installed power of approximately 14.75 MW to be built in the Municipalities of Alice Castello and Santhia (VC).
The buyer KAIROS ALPS is owned by AGS (industrial shareholder) with a 40% share of the share capital, ACSM (industrial shareholder) with a 40% share of the share capital and FT Energia (financial shareholder) with a 20% share of the capital social.
This acquisition, in continuity with the development of the 2023-2028 Business Plan of the AGS Group, approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 8 February 2023, allows AGS to grow in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the photovoltaic sector, and is fully one of the strategic investments for the ecological transition outlined in the Plan.
