(Finance) – Preliminary data as at June 30, 2023, by Alkemya company specialized in the evolution of the business model of large and medium-sized companies and listed on Euronext Milan – STAR segment of Borsa Italiana (ALK), show a consolidated turnover of €57.2 million or more, approximately 17% more than the €49 million recorded in the first half of 2022, due to the change in the Group’s perimeter during the period and the organic growth of the business.
Adjusted operating EBITDA is up by at least 7% compared to the Euro 5.4 million recorded in the first half of 2022 mainly due to the growth in turnover, and a Adjusted EBITDA margin equal to about 10%.
“During the first half of 2023 we carried out initiatives aimed at strengthening organic growth, focusing on the development of the customer portfolio also through the acquisition of new customers of primary importance” – commented the Chief Executive Officer, Duccio Vitali -. “The goal is to continue the Group’s growth path in all its geographies to consolidate its position as a reference player in southern Europe”.
