Alexander Nylander big hero with a hat trick last night – downed the Vegas Golden Knights in the NHL

Alexander Nylander, younger brother of William Nylander, scored his first hat trick of his NHL career as his new club Columbus defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 6-3 on Tuesday night.
– I didn’t think about the hat-trick until the end, he said after the match.

26 year old Alexander Nylander was traded from Pittsburgh to Columbus as late as February 22. In the five games he played during the season with Pittsburgh, he scored neither a goal nor an assist.

But since he came to Columbus, things have loosened up for him. In the five games he has played for his new club, he has managed to score four goals and has been noted for two assists.
– This is a really good place for me. They gave me a great opportunity here so I’m really happy, Nylander said after the game.

Columbus coach Pascal Vincent was also pleased with his new acquisition and that the team won two games in a row for the first time since November.
– The magic happens when you start to trust your teammates and that’s what we’ve seen lately, said Vincent, who is in his first year as coach of the team.

Even in the Vegas Golden Knights, there was a Swede who distinguished himself. William Karlsson equalized at 2–2 in the first period with a well-aimed shot past the Columbus defenders.

Although the goal did not change the outcome of the game, it meant that Karlsson scored a total of 400 points in the 665 NHL games he played since joining the Anaheim Ducks in the 2014-2015 season.
