(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom 27 to 29 December 2023, overall 4,363 treasury shares at the average price of 26.8933 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 117,335.30 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of 29 December is equal to 522,973 representing 0.96437% of the share capital.
On the Milanese price list, today, the Company that operates in the sector of production and sale of electricity from renewable sources which is positioned at 25.75 euros, with a decrease of 2.09%.
