(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he has purchasedfrom 28 August to 1 September 2023, overall 4,291 treasury shares at the average price of 28.5826 euros per share, for a counter value total of 122,647.94 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as at 1st September is equal to 419,590 representing 0.77373% of the share capital.
On the Milanese price list, today, a fractional reduction for Alerion Clean Powerwhich closed the trades with a loss of 0.69%.
