Shortly after half past ten on Wednesday evening, the police were alerted to a shooting in Brandbergen.
– Several people are in the area and have alerted us, says police spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl.
Several shots have been fired at an apartment building. The police are investigating the incident as attempted murder. At least one person was in the apartment, but there are no reports of any injuries.
Double shootings in Farsta
Ten minutes after the alarm about a shooting in Brandbergen, the police received another alarm, this time in Farsta in southern Stockholm.
There, one or more people are fired upon outdoors. At the moment, it is unclear how many people were involved in the shooting.
– We have not found anyone injured, more than that I cannot say now, says Daniel Wikdahl.
According to information to TV4 Nyheterna, the police chased a blue BMW after the shooting.
A quarter of an hour later, the police received another alarm about a suspicious shooting in Farsta strand.
The police: “Will be sorted out”
That shooting is also being investigated by police as attempted murder.
– This time the shooting took place at a residence, says Daniel Wikdahl.
All three shootings during Wednesday evening are being investigated as serious weapons offences.
– We have worked well on the cases during the evening. These are crimes that we will definitely solve, says Daniel Wikdahl.
