Aabla Jounaïdi receives, this Friday, December 29 in the RFI studios, the culinary journalist Aïtor Alfonso, co-author with the designer Jul of the book The hunger for History, a History of the World through gastronomy. The work mixes the drawings, always quirky and funny, of his companion and the erudite texts rich in anecdotes of our guest, whose ambitious objective was to tell the History of our food in a fun way, through a vast panorama from different eras.
