An aftershock shook Morocco on Sunday. As rescue workers searched through the raging crowds and mourners prayed for the dead, another 3.9-magnitude quake struck.

Over 300,000 people are estimated to have been affected to varying degrees by the earthquake that occurred on the night of Saturday, according to UN estimates. Over 2,000 people have so far been confirmed dead in the quake and the death toll is expected to rise.
