In just a few days, Adventure Week will begin in Pokémon GO, with two new Pokémon making their debut. We at MeinMMO have looked at which monsters they are and show you what else awaits you during the event.

Which event is it about? After the upcoming GO Fest 2022, which will take place on June 4th and 5th, the next event will start directly: The Adventure Week. This one is all about Rock and Fossil Pokémon.

So you will encounter many of these monsters during the event period. Two new Pokémon, Amarino and Balgoras, are also making their debut in the game for the occasion. In addition, you can expect one or the other bonus.

When is Adventure Week? The Adventure Week starts on June 07, 2022 at 10:00 local time and runs until June 12, 2022 at 20:00 local time.

Amarino and Balgoras – The new Pokémon for Adventure Week

In addition to well-known Pokémon, you will also meet the two new Pokémon during the adventure week. Namely, Amarino and Balgoras will be found in Field Research tasks and hatched from 7 km Eggs during this time. Below we briefly introduce you to the two monsters.

Amarino: Amarino is a rock and ice Pokémon from the 6th generation of games. You can recognize it by its blue, dino-like body, large blue eyes, and yellow-pink ridges above its eyes. Amarino also has the Amagarga evolution.

Balgoras: Balgoras also comes from the 6th game generation. The Rock and Dragon-type Pokémon is visually reminiscent of a small Tyrannosaurus Rex. It has a dark brown body, a white nape crest, and orange horns on its head and tail. It can also be evolved into Monargoras.

Can you guys get the shiny versions? The dazzling forms of Amarino and Balgoras will not be available to catch in-game for now.

Of course, during the adventure week you also have the opportunity to meet numerous other monsters. These will spawn in the wild, hatch from 7km eggs, or be found in raids.
