(Finance) – Aceaa multi-utility listed on Euronext Milan, published the partial demerger project, through spin-offof the activities included in company branch concerning the management of integrated water services. The transfer of the business branch to a newly established company which will be wholly owned by Acea, called Acea Water.
There decision regarding the split will be adopted byadministrative body of Acea.
