(Finance) – The the municipality of Milan indicated, in view of the next meeting, the members of the Board of Directors Of A2A: Giovanni Comboni (vice-president), Renato Mazzoncini (managing director), Maria Elisa D’Amico, Roberto Tasca, Elisabetta Pistis, Mario Gualtiero Francesco Motta and Simona Perissinotto.
They were then indicated as components of the Board of Statutory Auditors: Maurizio Dallocchio (standing auditor) and Patrizia Lucia Maria Riva (alternate auditor).
