(Finance) – The A2A Group was included for the second consecutive year in Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) 2022, the index that measures the performance of companies by gender balance, data inclusion and transparency, and which this year includes 418 companies, 20 of which are Italian, from 45 countries and various sectors. Five the areas analyzed: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and equality. gender pay, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies and pro-women branding.
