(Finance) – “A2A, in response to the enormous damage caused by the floods of last September, concretely sides with the community of Bergamo with a double initiative, in line with its being a Life Company that takes care of the environment and people. The company, taking up the appeal of local institutions, has decided to donate 10 thousand euros to the Solidarity Fund for the flood, established by the Municipality of Bergamo at the Bergamo Community Foundation, to support the territory and families. Furthermore, the Group, through A2A Energia, is launching an important benefit aimed at its domestic customers with an active electricity or gas supply and residents in Bergamo who have suffered damage to their home heating systems”. For customers who have seen their heating system compromised or damaged due to the flood and who have demonstrated the damage with documentation, requests, certifications or communications produced before 17 October 2024, A2A Energy offers a 50% discount on the purchase and installation price of a new condensing boiler, up to a maximum of 2 thousand euros. The initiative is aimed at A2A Energia customers who will join the CALDAIA2A offer. Interested customers will be able to request to participate in the initiative by filling out a simple form available on the dedicated web page, by 15 November 2024.
A2A Energy – explains the note – reserves the right to extend the deadline for accessing the initiative. The request must include the following data: the details of the applicant who must coincide with the holder of the electricity or gas supply active with A2A Energia, a telephone number and an email address. Once the application has been received, A2A Energia will contact customers to organize a
inspection, physical or remotely, in order to evaluate the technical feasibility of the intervention and describe the offer in detail. Subsequently, customers will be able to join CALDAIA2A under the aforementioned favorable conditions, by signing the relevant contractual documentation, within specific terms, the details of which can be consulted on the dedicated web page.
