A man has been stabbed in a residential area in Mölndal, reports Göteborgs-Posten.
– It must be a young guy who has been stabbed. We went there and were able to ascertain that the man had been stabbed in the abdomen and groin, says Jon Franzén, officer on duty at the police, to Göteborgs-Posten.
The police were called at 20.15 to a residential area in Mölndal where a passer-by had discovered an injured man.
The man’s injury status is unclear. However, he was conscious when the police and ambulance arrived.
An operation is underway in the area. The police are looking for possible perpetrators, but no one has been arrested yet.
