A 25-year-old man has been shot by police in Tullinge, south of Stockholm.
The man had argued with relatives in a residence and the police were called to the scene. He was armed with a knife and, according to the police, had assaulted a woman and a younger person.
When the police arrive at the crime scene, the man walks towards the patrol with his knife.
“Police fire their service weapon at the man and arrest him,” the police write on their website.
The shot man and the other people have been treated by doctors and paramedics and the perpetrator has been taken to hospital.
