As a result, fewer people who come shopping in the center, for example, would put their cars there. And therefore there is more room for the cars of residents. “I wonder,” says Ron. “You hardly see any shoppers here. They just put their car in the parking lot of the supermarket. People who park here are people from the neighborhood so it is always full here anyway.”
