Councilor Eva Oosters (Student & Starter) wrote a policy memorandum at the end of last year. It contains plans for the coming years to make the air in the city even cleaner. The plan has three scenarios. In all three proposals, the environmental zone in Utrecht is expanded. The plan that goes the least far states that all cars, including passenger cars, must comply with Euro standard 6.
