There are several willing to host the Formula 1 races for the races moving from Spa in 2028 and 2030. As a completely new F1 race venue, the Central African country of Rwanda is in Turkey.
There will be room for a new race organizer in the Formula One World Championship calendar, as the Belgian circuit of Spa-Francorchamps makes room for others. Spa will host the F1 race on a rotating basis in four out of six years in the period 2026–2031.
Two new grandstands have been built on the Spa track, which increases the spectator capacity to 10,000. The track will host the F1 race in 2026, 2027, 2029 and 2031.
There are several willing to host the Formula 1 races in Spa in 2028 and 2030. The traditional French and German races, which are missing from this year’s calendar, hope to return to the series, and Turkey, which hosted Formula 1 in 2021, may also come into question.
The completely new venue for Turkey is Rwanda in Central Africa, where the track to be built in Kigali will be completed by 2028. There are already several races in Asia, but Thailand also wants an F1 race.
