NATO’s nuclear weapons exercise begins today | News in brief

The annual NATO nuclear weapons exercise Steadfast Noon starts today. According to NATO, 13 member countries and more than 60 aircraft will participate in the two-week exercise.

Secretary General of NATO Mark Rutten according to the nuclear deterrent is the cornerstone of the alliance’s security, the functionality of which should be tested.

British Key.Aero– aviation website reported in August that Hornet fighters of the Finnish Air Force are also participating in the exercise.
