May have been the third person in the car before the double murder

TV4 Nyheterna has previously reported that the bodies found in the burnt-out car on Sunday were two British men. The men are said to have been shot before they were found charred in the car. The identities have not yet been determined.

At the same time, the British Foreign Office has confirmed for BBC that two British citizens have been reported missing in Sweden.

Must have worked in the travel industry

British media reports that the dead men must have been in their 35s and worked in the travel industry, and that they must have first traveled to Denmark.

They then allegedly rented a car at Kastrup airport and crossed the border to Sweden for a business trip.

A relative of one of the men says they should have returned home before the European Championship final on Sunday night, but never did and have not been seen for a couple of days.

Third person on surveillance footage

TV4 Nyheterna has previously reported that the men were caught on surveillance cameras when they crossed the Öresund Bridge.

During Wednesday came South Sweden with new data. According to the newspaper, the surveillance images show that there was a third person in the car.

The evening paper has previously reported on a third man who is described as interesting to the investigation, Interpol should also have been involved.

The prosecutor does not want to comment

When TV4 Nyheterna reaches prosecutor Adrien Combier-Hogg, he cannot comment on Sydsvenskan’s information that a third person has been captured on film.

– I cannot comment on that, he says.

Have the forensic examinations started?

– They are done in different stages and then I have not received feedback yet. They have been said to be done yesterday and today.

Do you have any suspects?

– I can’t comment on that either.
