Tuukka Taponen won both races of the Hungaroring.
Formula promise Tuukka Taponen drove to his second race win of the weekend in the Formula Regional series. The 17-year-old Finnish driver started the Hungarian Hungaroring races on both Saturday and Sunday from the pole position and finished first in both.
This season, he has won a total of three competitions. The first win of the season came two weeks ago in Holland.
Taponen is second in the drivers’ points standings. Ahead of him is a Brazilian Rafael Camara.
The Formula Regional series continues in July in Italy.
