(Finance) – CleanBnBa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of property management for the short and medium-term rental market, closed 2023 with revenues consolidated for 14.8 million euros (+59% compared to 2022), EBITDA consolidated positive for 743,633 euros (+117%), EBITDA margin on revenues improving from 3.65% in 2022 to 5.01% in 2023, Net income positive consolidated result of 266,074 euros, an improvement of 271% compared to the negative consolidated net result of 155,305 euros in 2022.
There Net financial position negative (net cash) is equal to 3.1 million euros (-17.7% compared to 3.8 million euros at the end of 2022, -56% compared to 7 million euros at the end of June 2023).
From a management point of view, there were 99,426 stays managed during 2023 (+48% compared to 2022) and there are over 2,600 managed apartments throughout Italy as of March 28 (+7% compared to approximately 2,422 at the end of 2023 and +62% compared to approximately 1,600 at the end of 2022).
