In Pas-de-Calais, repeated floods make residents wonder

The fight against the tiger mosquito in France

The Pas-de-Calais department, in the north of France, has been affected by significant flooding in recent days, for the second time in two months. Exceptional bad weather caused rivers to burst their banks and soggy soils were unable to absorb rainwater. More than 400 people had to be relocated and the damage was significant. But faced with the multiplication of disasters, residents are looking for those responsible and wondering what needs to change.
