Province of Utrecht – Normally Anco Post works behind a desk, but once every two weeks he exchanges the office for the supermarket. He bakes bread, ensures that the compartments are filled and that everything is neatly arranged. “We all take it for granted that such a store is full of everything, but there is some work behind it. It is very funny to discover that,” says 58-year-old Baambrugger.
