Customers’ anger at Postnord’s delivery error: “Wasting one’s time”

Criticism of Postnord continues.
Anger spread on social media after customers waited for home deliveries – which never turned up.
– They waste your time, says Elsa Holst, one of the victims.

Elsa Holst was in urgent need of a pram for her one-year-old son and had stayed at home to receive the home delivery from Postnord. She saw the mail truck coming.

But the delivery never came. Instead, she received an SMS that they could not deliver the package and that she now needed to collect it herself a mile away.

– No, but you get annoyed, very annoyed. And it feels like they’re wasting your time too, says Elsa Holst.

Lost trust

But Elsa Holst is far from alone. On, among other things, Facebook groups with a total of almost 9,000 members, many people testify about similar events.

Despite repeated attempts, Postnord does not want to appear for an interview in front of the camera, but writes in an email reply to TV4 Nyheterna that it accepts the criticism. Elsa Holst describes how she has lost trust in the company.

– I have been involved in this several times. And I have friends who have been through the same thing. I would rather not use Postnord and prefer to use other suppliers if I can, says Elsa Holst.
