Violent fighting has pitted the Sudanese armed forces of General al-Burhan against those of General Hemedti since mid-April. In Khartoum, civilians are desperately trying to flee these clashes which have already claimed more than 400 lives. A resident recounts her departure from the capital and her last few days.
