Through a so-called e-proposal, the function where residents themselves can submit political proposals to the municipality, the proposal “Open closed toilets and dustbins again” has received almost 700 votes.
– It shows that this issue engages a lot of people, says Barbro Jarl, the summer hall resident who is behind the e-proposal.
The municipality defends the decision and says that those who “have the need” can go to places where they know there are toilets.
