Samsung Electronics Turkey achieved significant success in customer experience. The company won three awards in an international competition.

The company, which was deemed worthy of 3 awards, one of which was gold, in International Customer Experience 2022, was awarded a gold award in the ‘Best Innovation in Customer Experience’ category, and a silver award in the ‘Best Customer-Centered Culture’ and ‘Customer at the Heart of Everything’ categories. The Deep-Dive Eco Repair project, developed by Samsung Turkey, promises customers both economical and environmentally friendly repair opportunities.

This year, 101 important companies from 42 different countries took part in the ‘International Customer Experience Awards 2022’ organized by Awards International. A total of 240 project applications were made in 25 different categories. in the competitionworldwide projects where customer experience stands out were evaluated by the jury and awarded.
