2023 Nissan X Trail detailed with European dynamics

The 2023 Nissan X-Trail, which we expect to be put on sale in Turkey next year, draws attention especially with its hybrid system.

The transition process to the new generation, which continues after the Juke and Qashqai in Nissan, has passed the top name of the family last year. The fourth generation X-Trail, which we came face to face for the first time through its Chinese version as part of the Shanghai Motor Show, conveys the reflections of the design character used in the Qashqai to the road with the dynamics in its own frame. After nearly a year has passed, Nissan has pressed the button for the more global version, which will now be available in the Turkish and European markets, and as of today, the vehicle has been detailed in Japan. The 2023 Nissan X-Trail, which is expected to go on sale in Europe next year, will leave the Qashqai with some parts on the technical side.

2023 Nissan X-Trail stands out with its hybrid 4×4 driving dynamics

X-Trail, which shares its infrastructure with Qashqai as in its design, is built on the CMF-C platform. The model, which has a history of more than 20 years in the Nissan product range, will be equipped with more technological weapons than ever before with the fourth generation. X-Trail, which has achieved semi-autonomous driving capabilities with the brand’s latest generation safety systems, will reinforce this with the areas of efficiency and increased driving capability with the hybrid e-4orce that will come to the engine side.

Unlike the Qashqai, the hybrid version will house a second electric motor positioned on the rear axle, making it much more assertive in terms of both performance and handling. Realizing the four-wheel power transmission intelligently, the e-4orce also has the support that contributes to the driving quality, such as independent braking. This system, which is also used in the all-electric Ariya, increases the cornering ability of the X-Trail much higher with the support of the new chassis. It is also worth noting that the 1.5-liter gasoline engine will form the basis of this model. The new X-Trail, which will be offered for sale in Japan in a price range ranging from 23,000 to 32,000 dollars, will bring an important breath to the segment.
