But ‘De Ravel’ – as residents are affectionately call – is not a classic student house, but a residential group. “Many different people live here,” says Senna Sweerts. “A mix of students and workers, but also people with a backpack, who are busy reintegrating in society. That makes it a special experience to live here.”
