In Stockholm, eleven people were stuck on the roof of the Globen-arena at the Skyview viewpoint after a power outage on Sunday, Swedish media reports.

The Globe is officially called the Avicii Arena. Aftonbladet according to the observatory ball, there was trouble inside. A child was also among those stuck.
