(Telestock) – Vincenzo Zucchia company listed on Euronext Milan that operates in the textile sector, closed today’s session at Piazza Affari with a drop of 6.90% to 1.955 euros per share, after having also been suspended for a long time due to excessive decline. The sales were triggered by the announcement that the conditions for the distribution of the dividend pursuant to the facility agreement signed in December 2021 with Illimity Bank have not been fully verified and, therefore, “the distribution resolution must be considered ineffective”.
The dividend in question – equal to 0.1184 euros and approved by the assembly in June – should have been paid starting from 28 August 2024 (with coupon no. 6 detachment on 26 August 2024 and record date on 27 August 2024).
