(Finance) – Banco BPM has perfected an agreement of financing of 300 million euros in favor of Zucchettithe first Italian software house, leader in the supply of software solutions for professionals and companies operating in different sectors.
The financing, lasting six years, will be aimed at support investment plans of the Zucchetti Group, which continues its development alongside organic growth for external lines. In the last 10 years, the software house based in Lodi has completed over 200 acquisitions in companies in the IT sector. Zucchetti is now present with direct locations in 15 countries: in addition to Italy, branches in Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and Romania, as well as in Brazil, the United States and China.
