Utrecht – The municipality of Utrecht is once again looking for a place for the glass and waste containers on the Tolsteeg barrier. These were supposed to be in the Zocherplantsoen, but the Council of State put a stop to that. But the municipality has not yet completely written off that location, the alderman informed the council yesterday.
