Zlatan was booed during his big farewell from football – the star’s answer makes the whole football world cheer right out

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has ended his career.
During his farewell speech, he was booed by the opponents’ supporters.
Then he gave a speech that made the whole football world cheer.

Many thought that Zlatan Ibrahimovic, after Milan’s last game of the season on Sunday, would just say goodbye to the Italian club. There have been reports and rumors that Zlatan intended to continue his career elsewhere, but that will not be the case.

Was booed out

When Zlatan, who missed the match due to injury, went out to say goodbye to the crowd, the shock news came: Ibrahimovic is ending his playing career, and a truly magical career is thus over. Ibrahimovic goes down in history as Sweden’s best footballer of all time, with achievements that others do not even come close to.

When Zlatan gave his speech on the pitch at San Siro, there were many who had difficulty holding back the tears. Ibrahimovic himself looked taken, and players and leaders on the pitch stood with watery eyes. But in the away section at San Siro, where Hellas Verona’s supporters stood, tears did not flow. Instead, they chose to boo Ibrahimovic when breaks occurred in the speech.

The clean answer

But it wouldn’t be Zlatan Ibrahimovic if he didn’t have a fantastic response to speech. Just as the whistle came, Ibrahimovic turned to the Hellas Verona fans – and gave an answer that made the entire football world cheer.

– You can boo. But this is your moment, because you can see me, Ibra said.

He does not know what will happen to Zlatan Ibrahimovic next. Milan coach Stefano Pioli revealed yesterday that Ibrahimovic is definitely not going to be a coach, at least not right now. Last week, however, there were offers that Ibrahimovic has been offered a role in Mino Raiola’s notorious stable of agents.
