Zlatan Ibrahimovic has had knee surgery.
But he is not directly calm on social media for that.
Now he has sent a greeting to the world – where he, among other things, mocks rival Inter.
When Zlatan Ibrahimovic returned to top European football after his stay in the USA, he had a clear goal. He immediately said that he would give Milan his first Scudetto since 2011, and this season he – and the team – succeeded with the feat.
Greetings to the world
After a thrilling league season, Milan were champions, and the celebration knew no bounds. Ibrahimovic went out with champagne and cigars, and gave a tribute speech in the dressing room, where he said that “Italy belongs to Milan”. Ibrahimovic has been praised for his leadership in the young Milan squad, but on the pitch he did not contribute the most.
Afterwards came the explanation, when Ibrahimovic during the last six months played completely without anterior cruciate ligament, and with a broken miniskirt. Now he has undergone surgery, and he will be gone for up to eight months, but that does not stop him from continuing to mock rival Inter, and to send cocky greetings to the world.
Clockwise video
On Wednesday, Ibrahimovic posted a video on his social media, where he cut together several answers he gave in interviews. The first question is whether Inter deserve Scudetton, to which he answers “no”. The video also shows how Ibrahimovic says that Inter would never have won Scudetton last year if he had been with the whole season.
The clip also contains pictures of Ibrahimovic’s celebration after the league title, and from the acclaimed speech in the locker room. He has also written the text “I talk, I go”, to the clip. Even though he is currently rehabilitating his knee, no one seems to be able to stop him from mocking his enemies.
