Zlatan Ibrahimovic has ended his football career.
But he’s still busy, to say the least.
Now comes new information in the dispute “Ibra” has been drawn into.
It was in June Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced that he is ending his football career. After 23 phenomenal years as a professional, the injuries became too many and the recovery too difficult for the 42-year-old.
Ibrahimovic’s new life
But don’t think that “Ibra” has nothing to do with it. The football legend has recently been hired by AC Milan, the club he also ended his career in. His employment has been described as a “super consultant” where he will help both the club’s owner and the team with sporting decisions.

Ibrahimovic recently posted a post on social media that attracted attention.
“Hello Sweden! Soon I will be back,” he writes.
What is meant by that is still unclear, but there has been speculation that Zlatan will take on another role. Either in the association, in some advertising collaboration, or in Hammarby IF where Ibra is a co-owner.
New dispute
In addition, Ibrahimovic has owned an apartment building in Östermalm together with his partner for some time Helena Victory. The couple paid a whopping SEK 130 million for the house, which they plan to renovate to convert it from a residential building to an office. But a dispute with one of the tenants has put an end to the plans. The man refuses to move from one, and the case has been taken to the district court.

To try to get rid of the tenant, the property owner has pointed out that the man has not lived permanently in the apartment. But it is now being fought back by the tenant. Using Christmas cards and greeting cards addressed to the apartment, which he has received during periods he is claimed not to have lived there.
– The host claims that he did not live in the apartment, but this is disproved, among other things, by his parents sending Christmas cards and greeting cards to the apartment. He can also show that he had home insurance linked to the apartment, says Bengt Ohmanlawyer at the Tenants’ Association, to Hem & Hyra.

“Christmas cards are important”
Zlatan has offered the tenant other apartments, which he has refused. Ibrahimovic intends to continue offering apartments, while the tenant is leaning on his Christmas cards to stay.
– The Christmas cards are important because they show that the tenant lives in the apartment, says Bengt Öhman.
