The head of the far-right Reconquest party, Eric Zemmour, re-shared a racist song on video that has gone viral on social networks. The music with the xenophobic text nevertheless expresses support for Jordan Bardella.
“I won’t leave. Yes, yes, you will leave and sooner than you think.” The lyrics of the racist song which has gone viral on social networks are taken up and broadcast by Eric Zemmour in a video published on X on the evening of Thursday June 26. The boss of the far-right Reconquest party, if he does not sing himself, has fun and sways to the rhythm of the music with an openly xenophobic text in a video montage.
The song entitled “Je partra pas”, in reference to a video also broadcast on networks in 2023 and in which a person of foreign origin forced to take a plane to leave France shouted this same sentence, is winning networks like TikTok and Twitter because it is widely shared by supporters of far-right forces. “You will leave with your Fatma, for you no more RSA. The boat is not waiting” we can hear in the first seconds of the song. But it’s another piece of the text that is highlighted in Eric Zemmour’s video: “Yes, yes, you will leave. We have given you enough, now you can leave. Good riddance and don’t come back” .
A racist song in support of Jordan Bardella
If Eric Zemmour seems to appreciate the music, like other representatives of the far-right sphere, the song appears above all in support of Jordan Bardella, the president of the National Rally. The contender for Matignon in the event of his party’s victory in the legislative elections is also quoted in the text: “When Bardella passes, you will return home, you will put on your djellaba, you will be able to pray all day”. The mention “Bardella Music” is also associated with the title, without Marine Le Pen’s foal being linked to the production of the piece. The TikTok account of a person called “Grazy Girl” who was behind the broadcast of the music is the author of several xenophobic and racist content and displays support for Jordan Bardella.
However, if Eric Zemmour and Jordan Bardella are both located on the extreme right of the political spectrum, the polemicist and boss of Reconquête refused to ally himself with the National Rally. This apparently does not prevent him from participating in the promotion of the song.
While Grazy Girl’s music, which seems to have been generated by artificial intelligence due to the singer’s modified and automated voice and musical production, is widely distributed on the networks, the influencer Mila, who has become close to the extreme right by its positions, offered its services for an acoustic version of the piece on Marianne. From the Grazy Girl account thanked Mila and announced the release of the title “I will not leave” “on all streaming music platforms” on Friday June 28 at midnight, i.e. at the end of the legislative campaign and at the start of the reserve period, two days before the first round.
