Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanks Germany and the United States after the news that the countries are sending tanks. At the same time, he makes new requests for weapons: long-range robots and fighter jets.
– That is the dream, Zelenskyj says in a speech on Wednesday evening.
Zelenskyy also calls on Western countries to ensure that the tanks can be in place in sufficient numbers and in service as soon as possible.
– Speed and volume are the key now. The more support for their defense our heroes at the front receive from the world, the faster Russia’s aggression will end, says Zelensky.
