Oleksiy Arerestovic made this statement in an interview with Russian dissident Mark Feygin on YouTube.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Resnikov said in a statement during the week that about 100 Ukrainian soldiers died every day in the war. Asked whether it can be said that 10 thousand soldiers were killed in total, Arestovic replied, “Yes, almost so.”
Alleged that 600 Russian soldiers died on Friday
On the other hand, Oleksiy Arerestovic, who stated that the number of Russian soldiers who lost their lives in the war is higher than that of the Ukrainian soldiers, stated that the attacks carried out by the Ukrainian artillery with the ammunition obtained from the West were more effective and they estimated that approximately 600 Russian soldiers lost their lives in the clashes on Friday.
Asking the West to send weapons and ammunition to Ukraine more quickly, Arestovic noted that it would not be possible for the Ukrainian forces to advance to the east of the Dnieper river without these aids. Stating that he could not understand the slow realization of weapon aid, Arerestovic said that Ukraine should increase its artillery power in order to repel Russia’s aggression.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today that they shot down three Ukrainian warplanes. It was stated that two MiG-29 type fighter jets were shot down in the Mikolaiv region and a Su-25 fighter jet was shot down in the Kharkiv region.
