On Wednesday, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Jury Borisov announced that he had developed a new, more powerful laser weapon capable of firing drones five kilometers away and connecting satellites 1,500 kilometers from Earth.
According to Borisov, prototypes of the weapon are already in use in Ukraine.
But Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed the allegations.
