Dirk Homoet had imagined a better start at GVVV. The 21-year-old Zeister switched from third divisionist Hercules to the second divisionist from Veenendaal last summer. But so far he has only made two appearances as a substitute due to a hamstring injury. He played a total of 18 minutes in GVVV’s main squad.
