The new brands that Geely has brought out in recent years are candidates to make a name for themselves in the European market. Zeekr, which launched its first model last year, is moving towards positioning at a completely different point of the group in terms of design. The brand, which fell behind expectations with its first model in 001, bearing the traces of Lynk&Co within the group, will not have much difficulty in repelling these criticisms with its second model. Zeekr 009, created by Stefan Sielaff, who transferred to Geely after leaving Bentley, has the potential to attract extra attention as it is in the MPV segment, which we have not seen many examples in recent years.

Built on the SEA platform, which we are accustomed to from other models of the Geely family, the 009 is an electric vehicle that deserves extra attention, especially in terms of battery and range. With all parts coming together, the vehicle’s access time from 0 to 100 is at the forefront of the technical table as 4.5 seconds. Considering that the 009, which has a friction coefficient of 0.27 cd, is an electric vehicle with a total weight of 2,830 kilograms, we can say that this performance is not bad at all.
