Utrecht – The Yuverta vmbo Utrecht is closing its doors today after a threat that a shooting might take place at the school. The threat is circulating on social media. Parents have been informed by email that there are no classes today. Frank van Hout, regional director of the school, writes in the message to the parents: “Although we consider the chance of a violent incident to be small, we are closing our school in Utrecht as a precaution. The police are investigating further.”
