Writer Annet Schaap and Holland Opera present the Christmas performance Cookies. Cookies is loosely based on the fairy tale Hansel and Gretel. Two girls go looking for their always absent father’s office and leave a trail of cookie crumbs behind them. The opera can be seen in the Veerensmederij theater in Amersfoort.
