The accused – Driver of the SUV – HAS BEEN LOAD WITH OPERATION OF A Vehicle, DISOBEY A STOP SIGN – FAIL TO STOP, Class G1 Holder License – Unaccompanied by a Qualified Driver, Class G1 Holder License – Carrying Front Seat Passenger, and Driver Fail to Surrender License.

The identity of the accused is protected under the youth criminal justice act.

Driver Charged

A 45-YEAR-OLD NORFOLK County Man has been charged following a traffic stop in courtland.

An Officer on Patrol Stopped a Vehicle at About 8 PM On Monday on Main Street after receiving an alert from the Cruiser’s Automated License Recognition (ALPR) System.

The Driver was arrested.

The accused has been loaded with operation while prohibited under the criminal code, and drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit.

Woman Charged after collision

A 23-YEAR-OLD SIMCOE WOMAN HAS BEEN LOADED FOLLOWING A Single-Vehicle collision in Townsend.
HALDIMAND OPP Responded to the Scene on Keith Richardson Parkway at About 12:20 PM on Monday.

The Driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was treated for minor insults.

The accused has been loaded with Operation While Imoc, Operation While Intaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus), Drive Motor Vehicle – No Currently Validated Permit, and Having Care or Control of A Motor Vehicle With Liquor Readily Aviable.
