CHEST PAIN
Although heart problems come to mind when chest pain occurs, many other factors can also cause this pain. Chest pain due to cardiovascular occlusion mostly occurs with exertion, stress and after meals. That is, it occurs when the load on the heart increases. The pain can last for minutes and tends to ease when rested. It can start from the rib cage or the left side of the chest and spread to the left arm, chin and back.
SHORTNESS OF BREATH
First, shortness of breath begins when exerting effort. In the following periods, it also disturbs at night. Those with heart disease begin to be unable to lie flat at night due to shortness of breath, and to sleep on a high pillow.
PALPITATION
The heartbeat becomes rapid and irregular. These beats are felt abnormally in the chest. In addition, the complaint of sweating may accompany and fainting may also be seen. These findings may indicate heart disease.
QUICK FAILURE
While there are many causes of rapid fatigue, it can often be a symptom of heart failure. It is especially important in the elderly and those with known cardiovascular occlusion or heart valve disease.
FAINTING
Fainting may occur due to heart diseases or rhythm disorders. These faintings are usually of short duration. It develops suddenly. It’s a complete loss of consciousness. It is repetitive and progressive.
PAYMENT INCREASED
Due to heart failure, water and salt can accumulate in the body. Due to the excess water and salt accumulated during the day, there is a frequent urge to urinate at night.
Cyanosis
It is a bluish discoloration that occurs mostly on the hands, toes and lips due to insufficient oxygen transport in the tissues. Congenital heart diseases can be caused by severe heart failure and valvular diseases, as well as lung diseases can cause cyanosis.
