The incident took place in a shelter in the Pettersberg district, where the perpetrators repeatedly kicked, hit and stomped on the three guys. Violence that caused the victims to start bleeding, sustain injuries and feel pain. One of the guys was also smacked in the face by a cigarette.
As evidence, there are, among other things, seven videos that the perpetrators filmed in the shelter.
Minors and unpunished
All perpetrators are convicted of aggravated assault and illegal deprivation of liberty. However, the trio was acquitted of two counts of robbery.
Two of the three now convicted are minors and previously unpunished, and therefore receive youth supervision as a penalty.
The third, a man in his 20s, was sentenced to one year in prison. He has already been sentenced to three years in prison for another crime, and is also in custody in another case.
