You who are under 18 can call or chat with a counselor at Bris, the children’s right in society. You can also email and get a reply. Those who answer are trained counselors who are used to talking about feelings, thoughts and how one feels. There are also live chats, where you can talk to others.

You who are young and want to chat with someone about your thoughts, feelings when you feel bad can contact Minds Livslinje. Those who answer are adults over the age of 23, who have received basic training in providing humane support.

The wanderer chat

A support chat for you who are between 12-25 years old. You are welcome to contact Nätvandrarchatten if you just want to chat with a safe adult, or if you want to talk about something that feels difficult and troublesome.

Save the children’s emergency telephone

You can call, chat or email Save the Children if you are worried about someone you know, or if you yourself need help. Radicalization can be noticed by someone having more and more extreme or hateful views, and withdrawing from the rest of society. Those who answer can give you advice and support regardless of your or the other person’s age.

Support for those who are adopted and 15 years and older. Talk to someone who has particular experience and knowledge of situations and challenges common to adopted children and young people and their parents. The call is booked by email or phone.

The association supports those with eating disorders or self-harming behaviour. Contact Shedo on a dedicated emergency email or chat. Those who answer have their own experiences of eating disorders or self-harming behaviour, but feel well today.

Young Lukas

At Unga Lukas, you who are between the ages of 13 and 25 can chat with volunteers. Those who answer are confident and experienced adults. You choose what you want to talk about. As long as you don’t tell us your name or provide other information that allows the volunteers to know who you are, you can be completely anonymous.
